When a bad behavior is repeated often enough, it piles up and becomes a habit.
It is about how consistent repetition can solidify actions into habits over time.
So how can we fix that?
One way to fix it is by consciously recognizing the behavior and then gradually replacing it with a positive one. It helps to set small, achievable goals and celebrate progress along the way. Consistency and self-awareness are key.
Being mindful of your actions and staying consistent with new, positive habits can really help in making lasting changes.
Replacing the old habit with a positive one makes it easier to break the cycle. Over time, the new hehavior becomes second nature.
